OEM Process

- 1. Provide sample formulations of some products according to customers' requirements
  
  Existing products: Send two kinds of products according to customer's demand, and send samples to customers for comparison
  Sampling products: sampling arrangement -> sampling quantity -> sampling cost -> sampling period -> financial confirmation and signature of the director salesman - send samples
- 2. Customers experience the product formula sample and feedback to cosmetic manufacturers to improve until both sides agree
  
  How to use the product - the effect achieved by the first use
- 3. The customer selects the OEM program and signs a processing contract with the OEM manufacturer
  
  Salesman contract drafting -> director confirmation signature -> financial seal -> salesman sent to customers to confirm
- 4. The customer according to the contract requirements for prepayment for processing
  
  Deposit or full payment -> Receipt account -> financial confirmation
- 5. The customer and the manufacturer's processing relationship is officially effective, and the official production of products
  
  Production order (formula number -> gram -> bag packaging requirements -> box packaging requirements -> spray code -> shrink film -> carton packaging requirements -> production cycle -> finished product into storage)
- 6. The product production is completed after the factory shipment
  
  Logistics company -> logistics costs (to the logistics point or door-to-door delivery specific costs) -> logistics cycle -> confirmation of personnel (salesman + customer + customer service + financial confirmation of receipt of the final payment + director signature)
- 7. The customer signs for the product, such as product problems
  
  Should contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to solve product problems
